Congratulations to Jeff.
He is entering his 20th year of being certified in Development Program Management.

In 2000 as a Systems Engineer, Jeff received an opportunity to contract and be on team, to help design and implement a regional housing and commercial development program for the United States Department of Agriculture - Rural Development Agency (USDA-RDA).

From start to finish, Jeff helped project programming (estimates, entitlements, scheduling and budget management), build (design-build), and complete (through disposal of assets) the program with rave success and was awarded Certificate of Achievement by the USDA-RDA in 2004.

Jeff has been certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional, State of CA Contractors B License, State of CA Real Estate License, State of CA Insurance License and Certified Infrastructure Planner by Southern California Edison.
All has made him an extraordinary project manager in the housing/commercial development project lifecycle.
